Things to note with this property, due to the wooden ship stairs it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues as its quite steep and narrow. We allow 1 well behaved dog, or 2 small well behaved dogs, there is a separate dog fee of 20 pound per dog paid directly to the owner who lives in the house adjacent to the cottage. Whilst there is a garden shown in some pictures at the back of the cottage, it is not part of this cottage, however there is an enclosed courtyard available for your use. As the property is in a very rural area, phone reception can be a bit patchy.
