A Home from Home

Arriving at Kiln Cottage, you'll find off-road parking with plenty of space for two large cars side by side. A lovely front garden wraps around the side of the property, while to the rear you'll discover a second enclosed garden, complete with decking and outdoor seating – a great spot for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing after a day exploring Gower.

Step inside and you'll find a bright, comfortable and welcoming home.

The main living room is a wonderfully relaxing space, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a log burner, perfect for cosy evenings during the cooler months. Adjoining the lounge is a beautiful glass-roofed conservatory, flooding the room with natural light and providing a peaceful additional space to sit back, unwind and enjoy views of the garden.

There is also a separate dining room with a table and chairs, giving everyone space to come together for breakfast, dinner or a relaxed evening meal.

For guests who need to catch up on a little work during their stay, Kiln Cottage also benefits from a dedicated downstairs office space, providing a quiet area away from the main living spaces.

Kitchen & Utility Room

The separate kitchen is well equipped for your stay and includes a gas hob, oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils.

A separate utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer, particularly handy for longer stays, families or guests returning from days at the beach.

There is also a convenient downstairs WC and washbasin.

Upstairs you'll find three comfortable bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – Double with En-suite
The main bedroom features a double bed, storage and a small walk-in wardrobe. It also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with a full-size bath and handheld shower attachment.

Bedroom 2 – Twin
Two single beds with storage, making this room ideal for children, friends or family members.

Bedroom 3 – Double
A comfortable double bedroom with storage.

With two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, Kiln Cottage can accommodate up to six guests.

Dog Friendly

We know that a Gower holiday wouldn't be the same without your four-legged friend, so Kiln Cottage welcomes up to 1 medium-sized dog.

A £20 pet fee applies when bringing dogs.

Parking

Private off-road parking is available at the property. The owner's vehicle is kept in the furthest parking space; however, there remains plenty of room for two large guest vehicles.

The beautiful beaches of Caswell Bay and Langland Bay are within easy reach, while nearby Mumbles offers an excellent choice of independent shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and ice cream parlours.

Venture a little further and you can discover some of the Gower Peninsula's most spectacular locations, including Three Cliffs Bay, Oxwich, Port Eynon and Rhossili.
